100th Post Special!

WELCOME TO THE YOU WRITE OR YOU DIE'S 100TH POST SPECIAL!

As you all know Game of Thrones Season/Series 6 begins at the end of April so I thought I'd share some of my own theories as to what will happen next.
There may be spoilers and there may not be, I'll leave that up to you but I know nothing of the upcoming new series/season so these opinions/theories are only my own and should not be considered show or book canon.

---

CERSEI LANNISTER:
When we left Cersei she had just finished her Walk of Shame and was basically a tearful mess with badly injured bloody feet. Her one ally and apparent friend Qyburn, gave her a present of Robert Strong, a mute somewhat frightening giant of a Kingsguard (Who may or may not be a Frankengregor) who has vowed to crush all her enemies personally. Now, although tearful Cersei was clearly delighted by this gift and that was where we left her arc.

SERIES/SEASON SIX:
I have a feeling that the next series will see a changed Cersei who is more of a force for good but that this will be a complete lie in order for her to utilize Robert Strong and have him deal with her enemies. She may use him to literally decimate the High Sparrow and his followers.

As for the prophecy, we know all three of her children are basically doomed and will all die before she does. Joffrey is gone, Myrcella seems to be gone, so that only leaves Tommen. Or so we think.

In Series 1, Cersei mentions to Catelyn Stark who is tending over her injured son Bran that she had another son, Robert's son, who died of a fever although they tried everything to save him. But if this is meant to be series canon then how sure can she be that the boy actually died? Cersei herself said that she never visited the grave and it has been known for children to survive worse on Game of Thrones such as Shireen and her greyscale.

Could Gendry, being one of Robert's bastard children, actually be Cersei's son, and as she is an actual anoined Queen, the true heir to the Iron Throne?

STANNIS BARATHEON:
When we left Stannis he was in the worst state imaginable, defeated rather humiliatingly by Ramsay Bolton, dumped by Melisandre and her god, his wife dead by her own hand and his daughter Shireen ultimately sacrificed to no avail in helping take the Iron Throne. Stannis is then found alone by Brienne and executed justly, off camera I might add.

SERIES/SEASON SIX:
No matter how he had Renly murdered with a Shadow Baby, Stannis is actually Robert's heir to the Iron Throne and therefore the actual King of Westeros. There is also a rather slim, extremely slim, possibility that Brienne spared him and allowed him to live, striking the tree instead.

Bear in mine that Brienne doesn't know that Sansa has leapt from the walls of Winterfell with Theon. And Stannis, being the Bolton's sworn enemy who they just defeated soundly in battle, would be her leverage to gain entrance to Winterfell in order rescue Sansa after Brienne failed to see the lit candle that called her to her aid.

Could Stannis kill Ramsay himself and then take Winterfell with Brienne?

SANSA STARK? LANNISTER? BOLTON?
When we left Sansa, she was literally going through Hell with her new husband Ramsay Bolton. Then Theon murdered his Masters mistress and the two leapt from the walls of Winterfell together.

SEASON/SERIES SIX:
I for one, cling to the theory that Sansa and Theon are not lying at the bottom of one of Winterfell's walls with two broken legs and would make their way to the nearest stronghold to find safety as quickly as possible.

One possibility is that somehow they reach the Iron Island's and the safety of Theon's remaining family there. The other is that they head for the Wall in an attempt to find safety amongst the Nights Watch and the protection of her only (To her) surviving brother Jon Snow.

DAENERYS TARGARYEN:

When we left Dany, she had hopped on Drogon and abandoned her newfound kingdom, which was in dire straits anyway, leaving behind her friends and allies. Naturally, an injured Drogon, needed to rest and heal his wound so she took the time to look around her new surroundings. Only to then be surrounded by the most massive Dothraki horde ever witnessed.

SEASON/SERIES 6:
In spite of what happened with Drogo dying and almost all her Khalasar being wiped out, Daenerys has some legendary status amongst the Dothraki as The Mother of Dragons. But now, she is all alone and currently without an injured Drogon's protection or any of her allies.

So...Will the Dothraki make her their prisoner? Will they force to her marry the current Khal? Or will Drogon fly in, eventually and save her before anything worse can happen?

My theory is this: public humiliation. In a direct mirroring to Cersei's walk of shame, Daenerys will be paraded and humiliated in the worst possible ways that the Dothraki have. But, her shaming will not end until someone comes to save her.

JORAH MORMONT:
When we left him, Jorah was riding out with Daario, a gifted warrior and Daenerys current bedmate, to bring her back to Meereen and safety. He was also suffering from greyscale and had told no one. Not even his beloved Daenerys.

SERIES/SEASON 6:
There's no denying that something unspoken on Daenerys part passed between her and Jorah in that arena, that she saw him in a whole new light rather then as a friend as before. The possibility of a romance between Jorah and Daenerys brings to light a whole wealth of opportunities for the Silver Queen.

Marriage to a Westerosi noble, even a disgraced and then pardoned one, lends more weight to her claim for the Iron Throne.
Jorah's status and talent as a warrior, brings in fighters to bolster her army. And he would literally die for her, which is a bonus.

These are just a few theories/opinions of my own for series/season 6. I'm not including characters who have been subject to somewhat spoilery posts on various websites all ready.  None of these are spoilers and should not be taken literally.
